YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

On January 9 just after 5 pm, Youngstown police conducted a search warrant that resulted in the arrest of three people.

Police showed up on the 300 block of Chicago Street in an attempt to execute a search warrant. Police say when they arrived they announced their presence by yelling "POLICE SEARCH WARRANT" and attempted to enter through the front door. When police could not get through the front door they ran around to the rear entrance of the house, while police were running around to the rear entrance they saw items being thrown out of the second-floor window.

Police say that the items that were being thrown out of the window were later identified as crack cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and a digital scale.

According to the police report, after police were able to gain entry to the house they did a sweep of the first floor of the home and found one male, 58-year-old Brian Salley, and one female 39-year-old Sabrina Maxwell. On the second floor of the home, police found 37-year-old Mark Colpetro and his two children.

Youngstown police say that one of the children were picked up by their mother, while the other child was picked up by their grandmother. One of the females informed police that the children were visiting their father, Colpetro.

Police say that after a search of the residence was conducted police found two metal crack pipes, two digital scales, one back of crack cocaine, one bag of methamphetamine, four sacks of heroin, four suboxone strips, heroin in a purse, another bag of crack cocaine on the dining room table, and $270.00 on the dining room table.

According to authorities, Colpetro is the male that matched the description in the search warrant. Colpetro was arrested and charged with Possession of Drugs (crack cocaine), Possession of heroin, Possession of Schedule 2 Drug (methamphetamine) and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Police say that Maxwell was found near a vial of crack cocaine and was under arrest for Possession of Drugs (crack cocaine and heroin). According to police, Salley was found in the dining room near a bag of crack cocaine and police say he was under arrest for Possession of Drugs (crack cocaine).
